Rusty pipes run along the ceiling.

Trigger proximity; Reset none

Effect

In several spots, gas leaks out from the pipes, igniting open flames. Gas Leak (3d6 fire damage, DC 18 Reflex Save for half damage); multiple targets (all targets within 30′)
