Spring Loaded Jump Point (CR 1)

There is a small chasm in the middle of the hallway, but it’s an easy jump.

Type: mechanical; Perception DC 19; Disable Device DC 19

Trigger location; Reset Auto


The chasm is 30′ deep and 10′ across. However, the floor on this side is on springs. Any jump attempt compresses the springs, adding +5 to the DC of the jump check.
