Effect

The roadway is very slippery, treat as difficult terrain, and PCs must make a DC 18 Acrobatics check on each movement action or fall prone. The gutters can be traversed, however, every 1d4 rounds, raw sewage flows down them. Gutters (DC 18 Reflex Save or get hit by sewage – DC 14 Fortitude Save or contract Filth Fever in 1d4 days); multiple targets (all targets in gutters)
